DIRECTIONS:

From New Milford, Washington, Litchfield and
Points South:
Follow Route 202 North into Torrington. After the first traffic light in Torrington (at intersection with Albert Street) the road takes a 90-degree turn and crosses some railroad tracks. Just after the railroad tracks is another traffic light; turn left at this light onto Prospect Street. At the first light, turn left onto Water Street. At the next light the name of the street changes to Migeon Avenue. NCAP is at 100 Migeon Avenue, one block down on the right, at the corner of Migeon Avenue and Pearl Street, in a large white Victorian house.

From Hartford, New Hartford, Farmington and
Points East:
Follow either Route 4 or Route 202 into Torrington. These two routes meet briefly (one block) near the bottom of East Main Street. Bear right following the signs for Route 4 and go under the elevated Route 8 highway. Immediately after the Route 8 overpass, turn left onto Columbus Road, which is parallel to Route 8. Take the first right, onto East Pearl Street. Stay on East Pearl Street through 3 traffic lights. At the third light, East Pearl Street becomes Pearl Street. Remain on Pearl Street until it ends at the intersection with Migeon Avenue. NCAP will be on the right, in a large white Victorian house.

From Goshen, Cornwall, Norfolk and
Points West and North:
Follow Route 4 east into Torrington. Turn right at Forbes Elementary School, following Migeon Avenue signs (that part of Route 4 is also Migeon Avenue). NCAP is approximately 1 mile further, on the left, at the corner of Migeon Avenue and Pearl Street. The agency is in a large white Victorian house.

From Route 8 (Heading North):
Take Exit 44, Downtown Torrington. At the light at the end of the ramp, continue straight. At the second light turn left to go under the Route 8 overpass. Immediately after the Route 8 overpass, turn left onto Columbus Road, which is parallel to Route 8. Take the first right, onto East Pearl Street. Stay on East Pearl Street through 3 traffic lights. At the third light, East Pearl Street becomes Pearl Street. Remain on Pearl Street until it ends at the intersection with Migeon Avenue. NCAP will be on the right, in a large white Victorian house.

From Route 8 (Heading South):
