FUNDRAISERS

NCAP has several annual fundraising campaigns that directly fund services to our clients. These unrestricted funds help us to provide for the many, many incidental, as well as, critical needs of people living with HIV and AIDS. An example is our, "PAWS for AIDS" program. This program provides pet care, and food products, so that beloved pets can remain well cared for by their family member who is living on a limited income, or the "Health Improvement Program" that provides nutritional supplements, food, clothing items, and diapers.

Our largest major fundraiser is the annual "Tea for Two Hundred", that is hosted by Mr. Gael Hammer at his home in Washington Depot. This event has grown to be supported by well over seven hundred donors and attendees. There is a need for volunteers to help with auction solicitation, food and beverage service, auction runners, and setting up and breaking down the event areas. Funds from this event go toward direct services to clients, as well as helping NCAP to cover operating expenses.
